Where are your products made and shipped from?
All products listed on Baba and Bear are supplied and made within Australia, by reputable small businesses.
We source quality products, made with love, care, professionalism and pride. Our range varies from products for bubs, decor for the nursery, goodies for mumma and re -usable items for the planet.

I have a question about one of your products, can you help?
Absolutely! You can get in touch by using the contact us page on the website, sending an email to babaandbear@outlook.com or message us through our socials. 

How long will it take to get my order?
As the products listed on Baba and Bear are all made by individual suppliers, there will be an order processing time before the item is shipped. This will vary depending on the item, so you can check the order processing time in the description of each individual product.

Will my items all be delivered together?
If your order contains an assortment of products, it is likely that they are coming from a variety of suppliers. Therefore, your items may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at different times (Rest assured, you are only charged one combined shipping fee for all the items in your order)

Do you ship internationally?
At this stage Baba and Bear only offer domestic shipping (Australia Wide).
If you have a special request, please contact us and depending on your product, we may be able to facilitate special shipping. 


Do you offer gift cards?
Not at this stage, but we hope to in the near future!

Where do I find your store?
Baba and Bear is exclusively online. This makes it easier for you to shop at any hour of the day or night. You know those 3am feeds where you are scrolling through your phone to keep your eyes open! We're here for you!

I’d love to sell my products with you! How can we work together?
We love listing new products and working with talented suppliers and makers! If you have a product that you think fits our range, please get in touch via the contact us page, email via babaandbear@outlook.com or message us through our socials.

What sort of products are you looking for?
Baba and Bear is an online retailer of Baby and Mumma Care products. We list anything from bibs, burp cloths and linen to nursery decor, essential oils, affirmation cards and jewellery for the Mummas. We also have a passion for re-usables such as breast pads, cloth wipes, cloth nappies and mumma cloth. 

How does it work? 
You can sell as many of your products with us as you like, and we'll take care of all the promotion and marketing through Baba and Bear's website & social media channels. There are no registration fees or admin fees to sell in our store, we are simply a retailer of products that you create, supply and ship!
